Gustavo Gonzalez is the chief business officer for Micropep, where he is leading the company’s global go-to-market strategy. He joined Micropep in November 2024 after holding senior roles in seeds, traits, and crop protection at major players including Syngenta, Bayer Crop Science, and BASF.

Gustavo brings deep international experience in agribusiness and is helping advance Micropep’s innovative micropeptide technology. Originally founded in France and expanded into the U.S. in 2022, the company focuses on crop protection solutions that support sustainable agriculture worldwide.
